Description

We have two fundamental aims : to provide opportunity for talented people in Scotland and China to promote links and cross-cultural understanding between Scotland and China, and about both countries  We can provide awards to partner organisations who operate in one (or more) of four policy areas - these are our official "charitable purposes", under the Charity and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 - prevention or relief of poverty ; education ; environmental protection or improvement ;heritage. Our awards are made mainly to existing relevant charities, educational bodies and non-governmental organisations. We also share knowledge, primarily through our website.
